PAYMENT:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Novus/Discover cards, cashiers/bank checks and money orders. Other checks accepted at the sole discretion of Truth Seeker Productions, Inc. We will not charge your card for purchase of regular stock items until your order is ready to ship. Custom or special order items require prepayment or a deposit when the order is placed. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Sorry, we DO NOT ship C.O.D. Make checks payable to Truth Seeker Productions, Inc.

ACCOUNT TERMS:
All purchases made by individuals must be Prepaid. Our payment terms are Net 10 Days to approved institutional accounts. Please call for more information and/or application for credit. Extension of credit is at the sole discretion of Truth Seeker.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Because of the fast moving nature of our industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is not in stock when you call, we will let you know.

SHIPPING:
We ship via UPS Ground in the United States unless you request otherwise. Extra charges apply to shipments outside the continental United States. Express shipment via UPS and FedEx also available at additional cost. Merchandise is shipped factory-sealed. We, or our shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.), may occasionally have to break the seal on a carton to verify its contents or inspect for damage.

TYPOGRAPHIC, PHOTOGRAPHIC & TECHNICAL ERRORS:
We do our best to be accurate, but occasionally mistakes do occur. We are not responsible for any typographic, photographic, and/or technical errors. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment.

ADDITIONAL:
Some companies choose to employ "order takers" to save money. We are different from other dealers in that we have experienced industry professionals with our company. We understand how you'll use the products we offer, and choose to make sure that you are buying a product that will meet your needs! For that reason, we receive very few requests for returns.

Online auctions, theft, and importers make the market for equipment very grey. Use caution when buying. Know your dealer. You don't want to unknowingly buy used, stolen, or non-warranted gear.

We do not sell returned, used, or demo equipment without telling you. We never sell grey market equipment. You can be assured that you'll receive fully-warranted equipment through factory-authorized channels of distribution.
